Contact forms

We have GDPR enhancements enabled on our contact forms, so cookies are not used and additional user details (ip address, user agent) are not collected. A GDPR checkbox is included on all forms and must be ticked before we can process the data in the form. We will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains. Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Google reCAPTCHA

ReCAPTCHA collects personal information from users to make this determination of whether they are human and not a bot to prevent SPAM. The reCAPTCHA algorithm checks to see if there is a Google cookie placed on the computer being used. All cookies placed by Google over the last 6 months

How many mouse clicks you’ve made on that screen (or touches on a touch device)

The CSS information for that page

The date

The language your browser is set to

Any plugins you have installed on the browser

All Javascript objects
