The Venue

• Limits to numbers of visitors and exhibitors​
• Wider aisles to accommodate social distancing between stands and gaming​ tables​
• Larger gaming rooms with limited numbers to allow a safe distance between​ each participant​
• Separate entry and exit points for people arriving and leaving the event ​
• Frequent and enhanced cleaning of public areas, toilets and touch points​ around the venue​
• Queue management to avoid congestion​
• Face coverings will be compulsory for all while government policy requires​ them to be worn in shops​
• Hand sanitiser / hand washing facilities will be provided throughout the venue​
• Dedicated and comfortable seating area​
• Contactless payment will be encouraged (along with contactless ticket​ scanning)​
